What are inlay stickers?

Everyone knows the classic dots on a guitar fretboard, which are meant to help the guitarist find the right position while playing. The dots or dot inlays are the most common. Especially in the high-priced range of some guitar manufacturers there are some variations seeing when it comes to the fretboard inlays. The guitar manufacturer Paul Reed Smith, for example, is known for his bird inlays. What is the difference between fretmarkers, fretdesigns and fretelements?

We divide our inlay stickers into three different categories. fretmarkers only cover the dot inlays of your guitar, i.e. all frets with a dot in them. fretdesigns are really designs in a class of their own and turn your whole fretboard into a real eyecatcher. You can find the mixture of both under the fretelements. Usually only the frets are covered with dots and around the 12th fret there is a design. You decide yourself which type of inlay stickers you like.

For which guitars are fretlook inlay stickers suitable?

Our inlay stickers are designed for standard guitars with a scale of 628 to 648 mm (24.75 to 25.5″). Within this range the type and brand of the guitar is not decisive. No matter if Telecaster, Stratocaster or even electric or acoustic guitar, fretlook inlay stickers fit perfectly. Recently, selected products have also been approved for bass guitars. Which partner do you ship with?

International orders are shipped worldwide with Deutsche Post incl. tracking number. Shipping within Germany is done with DHL incl. tracking number.

How long does the delivery take?

All articles marked as available will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of order. Orders placed before 12 o’clock (12 p.m. CET / CEST) will be shipped the same working day. The shipping time of your order depends on the destination and can be viewed here.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer you cheap shipping worldwide. Depending on the country, shipping costs are not charged above a certain order value. You can find the worldwide shipping costs here.

The parcel driver did not ring the bell again. What next?

In this case, you should first check your mailbox to see if the delivery person has left a message for you and possibly placed your orders with your neighbors, a parcel store or a post office in your area. If you cannot find a message in your mailbox, please let us know. We will immediately contact DHL or the executing shipping service provider and initiate an investigation. Do I need a customer account for an order?

No. You can also order as a guest. Nevertheless, we would always recommend a customer account. In your customer account you can check the status of your order at any time and also have a look at your old orders if you want to reorder something. But the decision is entirely up to you.

How can I redeem my voucher?

There are two ways to redeem a fretlook gift voucher or discount code during the order process. In the shopping cart below the listing of the articles and still on the checkout page directly above the invoice details. Both possibilities cannot be ignored. Please note that an item must first be in the shopping cart before it can be entered.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, you have two options. Either take a look into your customer account. After you are logged in you can check the status of your order in the orders section. Alternatively, all you have to do is check your e-mails and look for the shipping confirmation. This contains all relevant shipment details including the tracking information. If you have further questions about the status of your order, we will help you at any time.

I have already ordered, but would like to add an article. Is that possible?

It always depends on how far your order has already been processed. We always try to process and ship your order in the fastest possible way. If it has already been handed over to DHL, we can unfortunately no longer add items. If the handover has not yet taken place, we can still put something in the package. Remember, however, that we must unfortunately receive payment for this in advance. Just contact us and we will look at your order so that we can find a quick solution if the order has not yet been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you just need to let us know. Feel free to use the contact form on the website or simply reply to the order confirmation e-mail you received from us after your order. If we have not yet shipped your order, the cancellation will be processed very quickly and we will refund the amount you paid within two business days in the same way you paid it to us. If we receive your cancellation after your order has been shipped, we ask you to refuse to accept the package. If this happens, it will automatically be returned to us and we can refund the amount you paid as soon as possible. If the package is accepted despite your cancellation (e.g. by a neighbor etc.) please let us know as soon as possible. As a German customer we will send you a return label to return your order free of charge. International customers must return the package at their own expense. To cancel your order, you must let us know. You can also use the contact form on the website or simply reply to the order confirmation email you received from us after placing your order.
