fretlook ships worldwide with our partner DHL. Any order received before 12 o’clock (12 p.m. CET / CEST) from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same business day. We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. All orders (national and international) will be sent incl. tracking. The stated parcel delivery times are guidelines from DHL, for which we cannot guarantee. Latest information on international shipping (28 February 2022)
Our international shipping method is moving from German Post to DHL. Currently, there may be problems in the display of the tracking. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience and hope that the problem will be solved by DHL as soon as possible.
Due to the current situation we cannot send any shipments to Ukraine. Shipping to Russia is also not possible due to sanctions.
